Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped worldwide! Once payment is received, orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours and will usually be shipped on the processing day. You will always receive a tracking number from us, so that you can track your package. It is of great importance to us to provide speedy delivery to our clients and we will do everything in our possibility to make sure orders are shipped quickly upon payment.
We ship items by default via registered mail. You can also choose to have your products shipped to you by express mail (EMS/DHL). For packages sent via registered mail, please allow 8 – 14 business days for your package to arrive. For packages send via express mail please allow 3 – 6 business days for your package to arrive. Please be aware that for some destinations (such as South America) it might take longer. Please also note that we are not responsible for any delay at customs or for any duty or custom taxes.
Return Policy
End The Pain offers its customers to return an unused or unopened device (in its original package) within 30 day, in return for a full refund (excluding the shipping cost).
Any opened or used device can be returned to us, on the condition that the device kit is in excellent condition (i.e. no damage to the packaging or device and the kit must be full as received from us). In such a case, a refund will be issued, excluding additional 10% handling and restocking fee and excluding the shipping cost ($49 USD). Warranty Policy
We provide a 2 year warranty for the B-CURE device.
Erika Carmel Ltd. guarantees that B-CURE S' will operate in the manner described in this manual for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase , when used and maintained in accordance with the instructions herein. Defects or damage due to misuse or abuse are not covered by this warranty.
